The Borgo della Colomba, immersed in the noisy silence of nature (birds, water, wind, donkeys, rooster, hens, hawks, geese, wild boars, frogs, toads, snakes, mice, crickets, cicadas...), far from the noise of roads and cities, is suitable for hosting activities for organized groups (yoga, meditation, music, holidays for children, people with disabilities, role-playing games, etc.)
Upon request and for groups, we organize:
- Courses on organic agriculture
- Courses on natural cooking, bread, focaccia, pizza, sweets
- Educational farm for children (from three years old) and teenagers
- Wellness days on the farm
- Donkey excursions
- Excursions along the stream to the sources
- Cooking class
- Social farm, with internships and activities for special individuals, both adults and children, including people with disabilities and vulnerable groups in general, immigrants, and asylum seekers
The environment surrounding the Borgo della Colomba is simply bucolic. Nothing is missing: the picturesque stream that flows beside the farm, the medieval bridge that led ancient travelers to the mill, the incredible gradient of green that descends from the hills to the meadows surrounding the farm. The Borgo della Colomba is the ideal base to explore in detail the surprises of the environment and the nature of a wonderful land: Lunigiana.
Our village is crossed by a CAI path. The location is strategic for trekking or mountain bike enthusiasts.
