Our Restaurant

For years, the ingredients in our kitchen have been "organic," of excellent quality, and this already makes a difference. Bread and focaccia (naturally leavened), pasta, pizza, ravioli, desserts, pickles, grilled vegetables, sauce, and whatever else are strictly homemade. Our dishes are simple but tasty, inspired by local cuisine, but with influences from other regions and the world, Lunigiana cold cuts and Colonnata lard, excellent local meats, wild boar, but also sauces and exotic vegetables.

Children's parties and events with donkeys as entertainers are beautiful... Our 5 o'clock snacks with sgabei, cheeses, and cold cuts often last until evening, replacing dinner. Meals are always and only by reservation, preferably booked the day before.

Vegetarian cuisine is our specialty, and more and more "carnivorous" customers request vegetarian dinners and lunches. Our production of oil, honey, and vegetables is appreciated at the table, and many take away a bit of flavor by purchasing our products. Meals are served in the old mill, in the garden, and on the large terrace overlooking the stream, equipped with a cover and weatherproof windows. Reservations are also accepted for birthday parties, graduations, communions, baptisms, weddings, and other events, always for a limited number of people
